This policy explains what personal data Bar Rules processes when you use this website or contact us, why we do it, and what your rights are under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL).
Who processes your data
The data controller is Bar Rules, Belgrade, Serbia. For any privacy question, call us on the number in the Contact section.
What data we process
- Data you give us by phone — name, phone number, date, venue and type of event. We use it only to arrange and deliver the service.
- Analytics (only with your consent) — Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit, your device and browser type, approximate city-level location, where you came from and clicks on the call button. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
- Technical data — our hosting provider processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
The website has no forms or user accounts and collects no data for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies; kept for up to 2 years.
- br-consent — browser local storage; remembers your cookie choice and contains no personal data.
You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
Legal basis
- Analytics — your consent.
- Data from our conversation — steps taken before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract.
- Technical data — our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
How long we keep data
We keep booking data as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting). Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically by Google.
Transfers abroad
Google and our hosting provider may process data outside Serbia, including in the USA. Transfers are made with the safeguards required by the ZZPL, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
